4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per individual.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

RegWatch's platform, design, and analytical tools are proprietary. Underlying regulatory data is sourced from public government publications.
