To provide and improve the RegWatch service. To communicate service updates and account information. To monitor platform performance and usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Railway (cloud infrastructure) with PostgreSQL databases. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@regwatch.com.au.

5. Cookies

RegWatch uses essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

6. Third-Party Services

Railway (hosting). Anthropic (intelligent search processing — queries are processed but not stored by the provider).

7. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
